Update 4: After the maintenance the other day this will likely work much better tonight. Updates to be posted.
Update 3: A lot of progress*, will continue later.

Update: The maintenance was unsuccessful, and not enough time to try again. May do this during the day tomorrow, but I will let you know a few hours before hand via front page and social media.

For anyone who missed the Facebook or Twitter announcements, the server will be going down for maintenance at 01:00 server time. The downtime should only be about an hour, but it could be arbitrarily longer. I will keep this post updated. 
[transparency]I am creating a clone of the server for a new development environment, which will allow the devs to work without the worry of nuking or interrupting the live site. This is something we have been wanting for a very long time, and which has been partially set up a few times. I’ve decided to just do it myself.[/transparency]

Having a clone site for devs would be astronomically better in the development department, so take all the time you need for maintenance.
