Magic The Gathering

So I just started playing agian about a month and a half ago, and with the new release of Eventide, I was just wondering if anyone on FFR plays the game or has any really good type 2 combos.

idk about combos, lol, but i've been playtesting a Wg aggro-control build for T2 for a few weeks now and its pretty interesting. we should play some time

That said, I used to love Magic but I stoped around... Onsalught block. So I haven't played for like 5 years. I stopped right before equipment came out.

I used to play from the beginning of the Kamigawa block through Coldsnap. I lost interest because it was too expensive to keep up with new sets. I had a killer white samurai deck for Kamigawa. When that became illegal I used a green/white token deck (see my avatar). I'm so nerdy I have Wrath of God as my wallpaper. Also I wonder how many people realize that Shashakiro's avatar is Ryusei, the Falling Star from Champions of Kamigawa...

I started when I was 6 lol. I had my killer zombie deck for like 3 years.

LOL haven't played for almost 6-7 years. I have the DOS version of the game and I still play it because its so fun.

Had a killer 5 colored beast deck.

I haven't gotten anything out of the new block yet. I plan to whenever the store gets a new shipment in.

My grandpa's trying to get me to play. Said something about an artifact decks and a few others. Just didn't look like much fun, he's been doing it for over a decade though, so maybe I'll try.

He's a really big geek. He has tons of binders packed with cards, his walls are filled with science fiction books, plays a lot of Star Trek and other nerdy games. And plays Guild Wars quite a bit. At least 10 hours a day.

I had a Samurai Warrior Yu-Gi-Oh deck rofl, was never into Magic because it looked too complicated, just like Digimon.

I used to do Pokemon card, then I quit and did Yu-Gi-Oh. I quit that too and now I do MTG, although I am wanting to start Pokemon back. =P
