Someone modify my current avvy!

I need a small change to my avvy.

Can someone make a stick figure version of my avatar? Shrink it down a bit before making the stick figure. Pose it, too. Don't just make a standing stick figure. And make it transparent, too.

Sorry, no credit reward since it's such a small change. I would do it myself, but paint doesn't do transparency.
