no matter what, keep practicing.
Eventually, everyone seems to have a point where they feel like they aren't improving but the more you play, the more experience you get, and the better you will eventually become.

left middle finger: A
left index finger: S
fight index finger: k
right middle finger: l
And practice, practice, practice.

I play left arrow, down arrow,5, and 6. Ugh also try to learn about the color coordination of the FFr arrows like red blue and yellow, they are usually placed in color codes for example red blue red, or red yellow blue yellow red. They are usually placed in those spaces I guess

use 4 fingers for 4 keys... i'd recommend using the directional arrows to start, and once you're comfortable with those, then moving to re-mapped keys.

left middle on left
left index on down
right index on up
right middle on right

How can I use left, down, 5, 6? I've never tried that one before.

key re-mapper. 5 and 6 would be on your numpad. won't work on a laptop. also have to have numlock on.

Using FFR's remap, I have to have numlock off. Also, I use gh56, so I guess maybe I'm odd.

ya adams right just keep practicing even if you feel like your not improving. thats the most important thing right there. use autofail too for a few songs so you get a sense of where to hit pefects

I think you can also use left down 8 and 6 without remapping keys.

Personally I use dfkl.

There isn't any location on they keyboard that will make you suck less. Just practice a huge amount. Play songs that tire you out, over and over.

Whore whore whore the songs for at least 2-4 hours a day for 5 months. That'll help.
