Default A program to record FFR with?

Hehhro, everybody. I've been using FFR for quite a while, to the point where I feel my skill is high enough to show off to my friends, hehe, but unless they're physically standing next to me (which makes me nervous and perform badly) then I can't show them! Therefore, I've been wondering if anyone knows of a free program that would allow me to record the browser where I'm playing FFR, which would turn into raw video that I could stop whenever I'm finished playing, save it, then upload it to YouTube? Yes? No? Maybe? Ehh? Help a fellow FFR-ian out! *Cries*

People are generally more impressed if you make a video from a camcorder rather than a screen recording.

Yeah don't record your screen, that's what the playbacks are for.
Just keep practicing until your good enough so there is no pressure, then you wont mess up in front of your friends.
