Guilty Gear
The most technical 2d fighter I have ever come across this game is amazing with so many characters to choose from. It has one of the hardest fighting systems to master IMO. What do you guys think...btw I have Guilty Gear XX Accent core that just came out and I suggest getting this game you won't be disappointed.

Re: Guilty Gear
Sure, don't use any of my videos ^_^
I thought XX #Reload was a much better deal than Accent Core, but, yeah, the actual game play is as tight as ever. I've been looking to get my hands on Hokotou No Ken as well since it was also made by Arc. Right now I'm playing Arcana Heart and I might have to say it's possibly even more technical than Guilty Gear.

Re: Guilty Gear
Arcana Heart huh? I just watched a gameplay video of it and to tell you the truth I don't see any technicality about it...although I've never played it hmm.

Re: Guilty Gear
It uses a lot of recovery strings and move cancels similar to Guilty Gear to produce combo-heavy game play. The auto-dashes also produce follow-up air combos. Pretty much in guilty gear terms, you can dust mid-combo and in mid-air and dash up to the next level to continue the combo and a lot of times you can use multiple super and arcana moves in the same combo.

Re: Guilty Gear
I liked Reload better. Reload had a story mode. <_<

Re: Guilty Gear
That's why I said it had a better value. You could pick up #Reload for $20 and it had a lot more features overall. Accent Core is $30 and it has less overall features.

Re: Guilty Gear
The characters do have a few more/updated moves. And there is ABA and Order Sol. Didn't see Cliff or Justice though.

Re: Guilty Gear
Right, but while the game play takes a half step forward, the features set takes a full step backward.

Re: Guilty Gear
Games good, but some characters have been weakened too much or are better than before, kind of uneven moreso than XX Slash, Reload is cheap, doesn't count unless you're just goofing off. And the Japanese version that my friends and I play have tons of glitches with hit boxes and timed attacks, haven't bothered to get the English version yet.
