This person is randomly voting people "Thumbs Down". As a result, people are getting angry and posting bad stuff in his profile.

Anyway, I really don't care about profile votes. I only glance through there occasionally, and I laugh at the people that voted thumbs down. The reason: They're people that have taken my posts too personally.

Considering that you only get one vote per profile, he con only do so much harm per person. Also, why does it matter? Nobody else cares about your profile votes, so why should you? It's a cool idea, but serves almost no point whatsoever. And he will almost certainly be banned for sheer stupidity, but he isn't bothering me, nor should anyone let him bother them.
