OMG! ive tried everything! whenever i try to go into ffr the game it wont let me... it tells me... sorry your version is out of date. please redownload FFR from flashflaashrevolution.com
please help! is there anything I CAN do?

why would it tell you to download ffr when you cant

You do when you open the page. It just doesn't download to your desktop or give you the option. Basically, it downloads itself just like how an image would "download" when you open a page.
