Re: Ergo Proxy
Yea the anime is quite confusing. I was alittle put off by it myself but I stuck with it. Its quite a lot to take in but it does get easier, you really start to get sucked in. The thing which I actually enjoyed about this anime is the fact that, yea, while the world where the anime is set and the story is hard to follow, it doesn't feel the need to explain itself every time. For instance, you know how in some animes some guy does a move or something that's farfetched, they always take like 5 minutes explaining why they managed to do it.
"OH MY GOD HE CAN'T DO THAT!" "AHA. But you see I can because blah blah blah (two minutes later) and that's why I can summon a fire demon with not magic skill" "OH NOES!" All you need to know in Ergo Proxy gets explained, Its a bit of reading but it seems more natural to the conversation. It's quite hard to explain really and i'm not known for being good at explaining things. I know its effort but i think if you watch Ergo Proxy, give the first three episodes a try. Then I think you will understand better and have better judgement of the anime.
