Castelvania (all 3)
Metroid (all 2)
The Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past
The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap
Final Fantasy Dawn of Souls
Advance Wars (all 2)
Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga
Wario Ware

There's many many more... There are still a few gems coming out also.

Advance Wars 1+2
Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga
Final Fantasy Tatics
Metroid(All)
Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance
Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow
Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario World

But the two greatest GBA games of all time:

Golden Sun

and

Golden Sun: The Lost Age

I'd like to add a game to that list: Fire Emblem. It's my favorite GBA game. A.W. isn't far behind, though.

Tactics Ogre
Advance Wars 1+2
GT advance 1+2+3 (I'm a racing Die-hard ^-^)
Fire Emblem
FFTA
Phantasy Star Collection
Metroid Fusion
Mario Kart Super Circuit
Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap
THPS2
Zone of the Enders: Fist of Mars

I'd have to say that Tactics Ogre is my favorite just because it manages to keep me coming back to try a new character combination and the story and battle system are very good. I also like GT advance 3, great graphics for a game that's always in motion and has 100 cars. My least favorite on the list is Zone of the enders, mostly because the battle system was really annoying (If you played it or bought it then you know how frustrating it is to get the units to attack or dodge without aiming for them).

i agree with you...
I have both, and my brother got this code where isaac and his party have 1999 health and 1999 pp. i was kinda hesitant, but it is really easy to beat bosses.

um...
the two missions that i am missing are:
  • the one with the alchemist (i don't have one!!! )
and the one where you have to have 2 magic medals...I only have one!!

Also, when you play Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages/Seasons on a GBA, a secret shop opens up. Yeah, I know, it's supposed to be a GBC game, but this is the only way to get 2 of the rings.

And like... the master sword! Who cares about two rings? Those games ruled. I played through each like twice, both ways.
