i don't think anyone changed the step files so no; maybe your computer isn't lagging as bad as it did before; whereas, to make the arrows appear to be moving slower

yeah, that's probably it. Something odd I noticed. It no longer lags on this computer, it runs real smooth, but on my other computer, it lags like no other since the patch.
