So I am stuck at a clients tonight, just sitting in for an edit for the next 12 hours. So naturally I thought it was time to go browse around FFR and do some house cleaning.

I am still amazed when I look to see how many people are on the site and see 600+.. That just blows my mind. 423 people logged in at this very moment.

wow.. humbled...

Not many of you know that I moved the entire site into a new remote server for the second time in about 2 months. We were able to minimize the downtime due to some fancy footwork and dealt with a nice little DOS attack this morning. Yeah, there is always so much going on behind the scenes here. It's out of control.

Btw.. we also moved the FFR Chat onto the same server as FFR because of the 4GB of ram now available.

Yeah, they will taper off as the night moves on but we have continously produced more page views per day based on the speed of the new machine. I would think that this Friday or Saturday, we may beat our record.
