From a Future D6'er (with FGO AAA)
Quote:
With that in mind, I played The Rapids. AAA'd in 8 tries including restarts from lagspikes. A pretty ridiculous run for me, and definitely one of my best AAAs. So I went and posted it on the FFR Scores thread, where I say Midnight's Kono run. Inspired by that, I went and played Kono. and ohmygod. I'm not exactly eloquent while typing this, and I probably sound rather reserved, but... dude I'm shivering and my heart is ramming out of my chest and I was gonna play Amen Iraq after this but I just can't because my hands and quivering and I'm backspacing like every third word and it's just weil ugfawen;gia so YAY THANK YOU MIDNIGHT AND THANK YOU 0 FOR STEPPING IT AND WHEW and hi other d5'ers. PS: protip: see the 1324 patterns as two one-handed trills Last edited by MikeShinoda12345; 12-27-2011 at 01:28 AM.. |

Re: From a Future D6'er (with FGO AAA)
Still pretty amazing, it's definitely one of the harder FMOs in the game.
Congratulations. |

Re: From a Future D6'er (with FGO AAA)
I'm very tempted to siggy this because I honestly can't recall anyone else actually thanking me for anything on here.
if Hi19 wrecks reality I'd laugh. Quote:
Nice AAA again man. |

Re: From a Future D6'er (with FGO AAA)
shouldn't be too hard, actually - my stats are relatively low because I never bothered to completely clear out my levelranks. I'll run through the FMO's sometime soon.
and sigh, I wish I could change the title of this thread - this is gonna be the most anticlimactic thing ever. Oh well. |

Re: From a Future D6'er (with FGO AAA)
Very nice AAAs! Kono is tough to be consistent on.
Go for Lolo or FN, before it's too late Or maybe Ketsarku, it's pretty rolly.

Re: From a Future D6'er (with FGO AAA)
ohmy it's ridiculously hard for me, consistency being one of my weaker points.
So rolls aren't normally my thing. And I've got like five mindblocks on the 36 (?) seconds of Lolo, so that's a no go too. I might be able to do FN, though. Or Pants, come to think about it. |

Re: From a Future D6'er (with FGO AAA)
our division is pretty much the exception
d1 is going through tiebreakers, d2 has reuben_tate, d3 had to go through spanish, d4 is completely on fire, d6 is being d6, and ours is just... less competitive I guess |

Re: From a Future D6'er (with FGO AAA)
Not very many people skill boosted in our division is what I believe. Like maybe only 4 skill boosted in our division.

Which it was not. (for me, anyway) There's been like 2 AAA-or-die rounds and not enough "beat a PA that's pretty high and you'll win" rounds. But anyway that's off topic. |
