RFpack 2: Revival
It's time to take things to another level with stepmania, and the red fraction website. RFpack 2, will now begin.
- All simfiles in this pack are to be unreleased simfiles. - All simfiles will have more than one chart. The highest chart will likely be the main simfile. I want one other chart for other styles of play. (index, pad charts, etc). This rule is subject to change - There is going to be a cap on the simfiles accepted by a single person. That number is 4. Anybody can submit as many files as they like, but only 4 will be accepted at best. I'm looking to have 35 - 40 files in this pack. Moderate size, just like RFpack 1. I'm also going to judge on quality, primarily for the main chart. Some people may say that this drives people away from the game, but this is a standard I want RF to be known by. Submit files to rfpack2@gmail.com Judges: (Pending) Rebirth Submitted Files (0) Accepted Files (0) What should you include in your submission? When emailing your file, title the email "(Username) Simfile Name" or something like that. Your username needs to be somewhere in the email so we know who submitted it. Graphics... its so much easier if you could just get graphics FIRST then submit, but I think we can find some people to make graphics for you if you don't have any. cdtitle is another one you need. We don't want to have to make a cdtitle for you, so please try to provide your own Last edited by Rebirth0; 08-11-2011 at 06:46 PM.. |

FIRST.
Hi I'm Torrent and I approve this message. Making something tonight, god damn it. I can also judge, if at all possible. I was a judge for the very first RF Pack, and I figured this would be a good way to get back my MepStania swag. |

Re: RFpack 2: Revival
Came to a decision on chart numbers. Each simfile should have two charts. Main, and easier chart for index/pad.
Simfiles can of course have more charts for harder files, etc. But the main and easy charts are required |

Re: RFpack 2: Revival
Well...this maybe a good opportunity to step an easier SM chart for one of my files. Though I just want to know, will it be singles just like every other pack or is there going to be a variety like solo and whatnot?

Re: RFpack 2: Revival
This is good news! Will submit 4 files to this whenever I'm in the stepping mood. Also, I could help you judge if you need any assistance.

Re: RFpack 2: Revival
Singles only as far as I know. I could create a side pack for solo. Same songs and everything but different simfile artists for each chart. Good idea?
(that is assuming everybody doesn't play solo so most people who submit files won't know how to make solo files very well) |

I'm cutting down to one job, so I might actually be able to put something into this. Lets see what happens.

Re: RFpack 2: Revival
How high are the standards and what is critical in making the submission?
