Stepmania Judgement.

Is it possible to move the "judgement" from the center of the screen? I'm assuming you have to mess with the .ini or something. But I wanted to get the judgement off to the side, or the lower right hand corner. Is this possible? If so, can you show me how? Also, I can do this with the combo as well right?
