Computer Trouble
So I got hit with a nasty virus just recently and had to take the time to fix my computer. It all works fine and there is not any more virus' or whatnot on my computer anymore.
The problem is that whenever i do a search through my search bar it successfully searches but some strange windows appear. Every box is called proc: click but the text inside is different in pretty much every box. I don't know if it was a setting that changed or what. If you think you know that would be a lot of help.

Re: Computer Trouble
Consider it a scar. You can remove a virus, but it's difficult to remove what the virus did. It's like getting a cut, the wound will heal but you'll have that nasty mark left behind.
I personally don't know how to solve this. I'd just say reinstall your browser. |

Re: Computer Trouble
It would firstly help if you told us which browser you are using. Secondly, I'd try doing some Google searches relating to [insert browser here] and the problem you're having, because odds are, somebody else on the internet has had the exact same problem you're having.
By the way, does this look familiar? It seems to be related to the problem you're having.

Re: Computer Trouble
Well I uninstalled and then reinstalled my web browser(I was using firefox btw) and now I don't seem to have the problem. Thx for the help especially to oni-paranoia for recommending reinstalling the browser. Since my problems fixed this can be locked.
