Help with FFR
Hey, well, this is my third thread in two days. I apologize. One is a credit contest, another is a Birthday thread for LD & this one is because I need help with my FFR. Now, I downloaded SM & as soon as I downloaded it, FFR started to lag a ton. For instance, before SM I could almost AAA L9, after SM downloaded, I got something like 129 goods on L9. Not even close.
- Yes, I do have a lot of space on this computer - Yes, I have tried FFR another way - Yes, I do have unlimited storage space for FFR - Yes, I have tried low quality A lot of you have noticed that I quit recently, this was my biggest reason. I won't play as much, but it'd still be enjoyable for tournaments and such. Does anyone have any idea at all? |

Re: Help with FFR
Playing Stepmania's judge levels and FFR's judge levels are different
If you don't play both simultaenously for a long time (like a few months) you will have trouble playing both at the same time After a while you'll get used it/play better on BOTH games It's not the lag. |

Re: Help with FFR
Have you tried switching the rendering from opengl tot directd3 or reverse yet?
(Just in case) To do so open stepmaniatools (smpackage in the data folder for 3.9) and click change settings under the game settings part. Rest should be clear. No idea if it helps, and on vista opengl will be noticably slower than direct3d, but this usually is the main culprit when people I know have trouble with stepmania. |
