Pack Priorities

Major Pack Priority : Take some songs from any DDR and turn them into Amazing awesomeness. (AKA Something totally original from the DDR version yet has soul.)A lot of the Boss charts in DDR lack soul and originality.

I'm not talking about just any normal edits. I mean, give them life and playability by adding gimmicks and quality into them that no one has seen before. (if you want gimmicks)
Other than that this is a "submit whatever you song you'd like" pack.

Stepping New/Original/unheard music is good because people like new stuff and it's easier to be considered one of the best charts out there for that song because hardly anyone has stepped it.

Stepping popular songs is harder because there are so many files made for them already.

Any boss songs/or songs that could make awsome charts that are from DDR will be more likely to get rejected because of popularity issues so you better make sure your submitting an awesome chart if you plan to step any DDR songs.

CREATIVITY IS THE BEST!

Make your files with memorable enjoyable charts.

Now am I saying that ALL your submitted files have to be gimmicky and Glitchy? NO. You can submit straight forward charts too.It's just that the right amount of "something" can make a file more enjoyable and fun, and that's what I'm advising people to do. Be creative.Don't let your chart be like the rest of the 4000 others out there.Make it unique.

Rules for submissions

1.ANY KIND OF SONG WILL BE ACCEPTED NOT JUST DDR SO ITS AN OPEN PACK PRETTY MUCH.
Also, all submissions must be unreleased.

2.Songs can have Expert only charts but they must be 9 bars and above.

3.Hands,Rolls, etc. are allowed.

4.When you submit your file, please leave information on who you are. Example: your screen name.

5.Marathons are acceptable (rarely). Songs that run from 1.45-2:30 are the ones that be more acceptable. Songs under 1:10 are auto rejected.

6. Cdtitles are not needed because there will be a cdtitle for the whole pack.

7.Graphics are not needed unless you want to submit them.I'll take care of the graphics.I'm sure other people would help with graphics if they want?

8.Mp3 format is allowed. I'll end up converting all the accepted files to Oggs and Patching them.

9.Overly stepped songs like Xepher will be Auto rejected unless the chart is Sooooooooo godly it needs to be accepted.(Very rarely will they be
accepted.)

10.THERE IS NO LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF FILES YOU CAN STEP IN THIS PACK.

I feel (Dj cristo):Ok the 24ths, 32nds and uncomfortable freeze hands are stupid.Overall stepflow was pretty bad. this could possibly have some potential but imo not a great song choice since it also sounds rather repetitive.[2]

Era (Kryptik):First of all I hated the use of hands in this file. Also I don't really like the way the patterns flow together and I feel, over all it was stepped very blandly.[4] also auto Reject because I found it on 2 simfile databases.



Drop The Bomb -System S.F. mix- (Kryptik): Not as good as mine but I will give you a chance to re step it as a 9 footer and then you can submit it as a hard chart for my sim if it's good enough. sound ok? [4] also auto Reject because I found it on 2 simfile databases.

Diverse City (Captain Cruz)This is a pretty Fun file that reminds me of my "word up"simfile.The jumps feel bleh at some spots and I actually don't really like the ending fading out with the steps like that. Maybe you can try to end it faster without the fade out steps?.I was actually thinking about how I should tell you this.I gave you a [7] because I believe you can fix it up pretty quick to get accepted.

Bingo Highway (Kommisar): Change da 24ths to trills then it'll be a 9 [8]

Uranus (Wyde): Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe you submitted an older version of this to the ITGRF pad pack awhile ago?Anyway I like a lot of it except for the gross overuse of the crossovers/half turns and shiz.This has alot of potential.Tone it down and give it a little more flow then re submit. [7]

What playing reality on foot?

Dance charts can be somewhat different from your average index charts, but it's true, playing index does give you a good idea about how a file should flow on foot.
