Default How does one fix?

How would one go about getting their keyboard fixed on their laptop? I've put countless hours and mashing into my keys and have run out of combinations to use on FFR.

None of my keys actually register on time anymore so I'm now starting to get scores like this:

sounds like they are losing sensitivity - something that can't always necessarily be 'fixed'

either pay to get a special replacement keyboard specifically for you laptop, or purchase an external USB keyboard.

edit: the only 'fix' I can think of would be to remove your keys from the laptop keyboard and completely clean it using canned compressed air.

Getting the keys back on the laptop are a bitch though and if you do it wrong the keys wont go back on ever. Just buy a new keyboard to (s)mash on.

Do what I did and get a keyboard small enough to fit in your laptop bag along with your laptop.

Yup, get a regular old keyboard and/or buy a connector to hook up an old one.

Get the keyboard from ebay and replace it. Most laptop KB's are pretty cheap and USUALLY easy to replace. <5mins of work to do it. Give me the make and model of you "unit" and I will give you a link to the part and maybe a step by step on replacement.
