Bejeweled Blitz

I dunno if anyone on here plays this but I just wanted to show the new Phoenix Prism that just released today... the stupid desktop recorder doesn't record sound so I used the song Empire State Glory by Dirty Androids =P

If you don't know what this is, it's a fast paced puzzle game where you match gems of the same color and try to score as many points as possible in 1 minute.

If you do play lets see some replays!

It drops Prisms that match any color and destroys gems in a diagonal path. At the end, it gives you a "Burn Bonus" and whichever feather the bird catches, that's how many coins you get plus the ones earned from the round. It costs 75,000 but it's worth it.

I used to play this, until I got bored of getting like 600k every week.
The exp system also seemed like an anti achievement because its somewhat luck based, so I quit because of that and the coin thing. Grinding for luck based games is pretty lame.

UPDATE: I used the Phoenix Prism again and got my highest score ever of 689,000!! I was going to upload this yesterday but I got this JUST before I had to leave for work...

I used to play on my ipod touch I used to get scores of over 700k. It's alot easier with a touchscreen I think

Hmmm... I'm not an ipod person so I wouldn't know... I have it for DS and I wouldn't say touchscreen is easier, I would say it's different.

It's easier when you have a GOOD touchscreen. You can do super quick movements much faster cause it's just one stroke per move, as opposed to move->click->drag->release.

I used to play this a lot. My highest score ever in a standard game with the standard 3 powers was over 700k; my girlfriend has gotten over 800k. Can go higher with the cats eye.

Haven't tried this new thing yet o_O I play mostly Zuma Blitz now instead. It's a lot more fun (and skill based, IMO. The randomness of the multipliers really grinds my nerves in this game..)

edit: how the hell do you activate this thing? I have like 4 million coins, but I can't see it...
