Default Printer help...

Using an HP Officejet 6500 Wireless printer and I am running it on my wireless network.

I'm trying to print onto #10 4 1/8 x 9 1/2 envelopes but I'm running into an alignment problem. I've tried switching all of my setting in the printer AND document settings that I could find that might change how the printer is viewing the document. Here's an extremely large picture to demonstrate what's happening.

The letter document is in the background and the printers preview is in the foreground.

Make sure you installed the right driver as these are things you run into when you don't have a driver/have the wrong driver installed. Also is it actually running over your wireless network or is it just connected with a USB you plugged into your computer? Also try going into Windows Updates, and check Optional Updates to see if there's an update for your printer. Make sure you check for updates before even checking the Optional Update list.

Better ask FFR instead of somewhere relevant!

Make sure you have your printing setting set to print in lanscape mode.

Also

what? I find FFR to be quite useful for information as there are a lot of people here who know a bit about computers and the like.

we also have pretty good artists here ;/

If I can think of a solution later on, I'll tell you. By the way, is the ruler in the document in inches and is the ruler in the print preview in centimeters? It looks as if the units weren't scaled correctly.
