Default Nothing is helping the lag o_o out of ideas!

I use Game Booster, the standalone, reverting to Low Quality, tried different web browsers, etc. and it still lags just as bad. Very skippy and it's pissing me off. I have a brand new Windows 7 (64-bit if that matters), 3GB memory, 320GB HDD, nothing running in the background and it still continues to lag. It's not my computer because Sh*tMania doesn't lag, Skulltag doesn't lag, nothing else lags except for FFR. I love the game because of it's leaderboards, stats, song lists, etc. but I can't stand the lag. Even in the new beta (which is fcking awesome btw) it still lags I'm out of ideas, please fix this!

Have you tried:
Flash 9 Stand Alone, Running in 16bit colour, Dropping the resolution of your monitor, Installing a partition with Windows XP, overclocking your CPU, turning off Hardware acceleration in flash.

Where could I get the Flash 9 standalone player? I think the one I have is 8

And IMO I'm not going out of my way to drop overall resolution and install XP to get one game to run :/

Control Panel -> Performance Information and Tools -> Adjust Visual Effects -> Set for best performance

This should remove a ton of the lag that Windows 7 will cause with FFR. Once you're done playing, you can always reset it back to best appearance so that your beastly computer looks as good as it runs.

The only thing that would effect lag in FFR would be your processor, so without that information we can't take hardware out of the question.
