That is because BB evo didn't unlocked ONI in the past, that was just added to the new ONI unlock list.

my closest is 4-0-1-1 on Lawn Wake I (if that still counts I haven't checked)

Yeah, I was trying to use BB Evolution to get Oni a little while back when I was told that it does not give Oni.

Lawn Wake I was my first FMO AAA, but it does not give Oni. Lawn Wake IV used to, but I got a BF on it when it did, so I could not get it.
