Can anybody help figure out if somebody broke into my PC??

ummm i can usually figure out this my self except for some reason somebody sent out this e-mail and it was from me:

Dear firend:
Hello.How are you doing recently?Some days ago, I came across a wonderful electronic company on the web and had a pleasant chat with the sales manager. He told me that they are planning to lower the prices greatly in order to adapt to the global economic crisis, so that they can expand their overseas market. I have bought an iphone and a computer,and i am very satisfied with their items and services.If you have time,you can have a look.

This is called spam. It came in an emial, how could it hack you. Seriously.

If it's from yourself, your email address was hacked, more than likely.

Could be some kind of internet explorer keylogger spyware that uses your email to spam. Try using firefox if you don't already, and running some antivirus stuff or adaware.

Well,this happened today to me.Well,they said they have a photo of me on the internet.And I don't even post pics of me on the internet.and I actually got a virus.

That's why you don't click those links on messengers, and sites you don't trust.

It might be a keylogger that you got either from a download or an email attachment. You should get some virus protection software, run a scan, then change your passwords. And until you are sure you are safe, don't do any internet buying to be safe.
