OpenGL?

I`m not sure if there was another thread for this, if so, i`m sorry -.-;

So yeah, I recently dled an online mmorpg and i`m actually running the installer now, but before it asked me if I wanted to run it although I didn`t have OpenGL 1.2 (I guess 1.2 = version?) Is there anyway that I can download a more recent version so I don`t have to worry about running the game? And if so, how would I go about installing it?
