The Car Thread
yeah, so I am an avid car enthusiast and I want to everyone to share/show off their cars here on FFR!
So, I'll start things off with my '02 VW Jetta 1.8 turbo with short ram and massive fuji air filter. Also, it's been dropped a couple inches and the rims are murdered out: yes, that's me in the pic |

Re: The Car Thread
This is the car I'll probably end up with when my grandparents who currently own it retire.
1991 Mercury Capri. Not actual picture, just one I found online that looks very similar.

you went with mostly exterior mods, which is pretty cool (your cavy looks sick), but I want to do some inner work before I do the outside Future mods: Boost controller (regulates the boost the turbo puts out, so you can crank that **** up and spin tires in 1st gear) Exhaust. Don't know which brand yet, but the boost controller is first I also still need to change my timing chain (****!) |

Re: The Car Thread
Americans are so lucky being able to afford nice big cars.
No insurance to pay monthly No M.O.T tests No tax ( I THINK on the last 2 ) Petrol probaly not as high as ours Easier to pass your test Still, I love my car. |

Re: The Car Thread
Official ffr bus - funded.. >.> can we has ffr group bus trips now ? Edit: If only 'refrain from using internet/text language' wasn't included in the rules, I would of argued against that. :/

Please don't say "has", makes you sound retarded. On topic, I have a 97 Civic, with 17's on it, I think a 12" sub and 2 amps, my dad is giving me the car, but once I'm the owner, it'll be insane.

Re: The Car Thread
*sigh*
What is up with people tuning their Crapaliers? Edit: It's a nice car, I like what you've done with it. I've seen a couple of nice Cavaliers around where I live. I just personally don't like the car itself. Sunflowers also have a special place in my heart. Last edited by Go_Oilers_Go; 09-26-2008 at 12:29 AM.. |

Re: The Car Thread
I don't mind the Germans. But from what I've heard VW's up until about the '04's were notorious for having problems, so that somewhat deterred me from getting one. Also, I don't have enough money to get a newer VW. So I moved over to Japan and am getting myself a Civic.
