Jumpstream
What are the best songs to get good at jumpstream on?
Probably something slow with like bursts of jumpstream instead of solid jumpstream You tell me though, which ones? |

Re: Jumpstream
For me, working my way from slow to fast jumpstream never worked. I pummeled myself with 200 BPM+ jumpstream for a while so I could finally do 150 BPM jumpstream. If you're up for stuff like that, play stuff like EHHS or something. There aren't many fast jumpsteam songs, right now. For me, I can only do up to 210 BPM jumpstream, and I occasionally whack myself with 250 BPM jumpstream stuff (in SM and often playing on higher rates).

Re: Jumpstream
I was about to say Pants, but that's fast. And I was gonna say {Frozen} and {Firestorm}, but then I'd be ninja'd, so...... Go with the songs Hecto said.

Re: Jumpstream
Slow Jumpstream: Crowdpleaser, Dazzling Soul?
Fast Jumpstream: Pants, BB Evolution (has some jumpstreams), Lunar Saturation (has some), Vertex BETA vROFL (:P), Hajnal... shall I go on? There is a lot of fast jumpstreams. So Crowdpleaser is 120 BPM with slow jumpstreams in it. (Not that much as a slow song.) It is Guru Song but an easy one. Try that.

Re: Jumpstream
There's slower ones on Vertex BETA and Delirium, and faster ones on Silence.

Re: Jumpstream
I'm amazed no one has suggested Sensorium yet. Sensorium has like 400-500 notes dedicated to Jump Stream, and it's only a Very Difficult. It also has streams and trills.
Also there is Etude to a Dragon, while although the jumpstream is not as much notes, it's good training practise. Etude to a Dragon will start you off at the beginning with insanely slow jump stream (I still consider it JS), then it will move on into a stream, then into the Jump Stream main area. Then it will die off and your song is done. Try these two for slow JS.

Re: Jumpstream
140bpm Jumpstream: Sensorium, Seven, Etude to a Dragon, Silence, Frozen.
Famouz has some weird JS at the beginning, but it's more complicated. Turbulence has some JS, as does Epic. There are TONS of levels with JS... some lower bpm songs with JS: The Entertainer, Maple Leaf Rag. I'm sure I'm still missing a ton though. Then there is still plenty of faster JS song as well when you work your way up.
