3.95 M33 Help?
I don't fully understand everything about it, like why it is needed for so much stuff on PSP. I finally decided to download it, but then I read the following on almost every youtube video-"WARNING-I am not responsible if this bricks your PSP!" The first time I read it I thought it was a type-o, and should've said break. But I saw it every other video, too. So I have three questions for you.
1. What the hell is bricking your PSP? 2. If I Brick my PSP can it be undone? 3. If I run CFW 3.95 M33 will I be able to run PSPR (PSP Revolution)?

why would you want PSPR anyways? its a complete waste of time and space. youre much better off getting an NES,SNES, or GEN emulator

Re: 3.95 M33 Help?
Dark Alex released a 3.95 m33? xD
1.Bricking your psp means you cannot access the default xmb(The dashboard.. with the icons) and the recovery menu. And a semi-brick is when you can only access the recovery menu(the menu where you can use the hacked settings) 2. A fully bricked psp can only be unbricked by the means of a pandora battery and magic memorystick. To be honest the only way you can brick a psp is by installating stuff that shouldn't be on there, and PSP revolution can in no way brick a psp, just installing the wrong stuff can. 3. Anyways, PSPR can be run from any m33 cfw 3.71+(I recommend A gig Memstick)

Re: 3.95 M33 Help?
Uh...
There is no 3.95 M33. Latest M33 custom firmware is 3.90 M33-3. I think you're thinking of 3.95 GEN. Custom firmware is needed for so much stuff on PSP because $ony locks down their system, not allowing you to run unsigned code. Bricking your PSP is corrupting the onboard flash, containing $ony's kernel and bios, so it won't boot. You can unbrick it with either a Pandora's Battery or DCv5. And yes, you can play PSPR with both 3.90 M33 and 3.95 GEN.
