i play reverse also, and if i turn it to regular scroll i can barely pass songs.

Reverse or normal scroll should not make a difference at all.

Of course, I play with solo singles and look at the middle of the screen, so meh.

How do I choose my difficulty with the Trance-machina theme? It only let's me choose from Oni, Nonstop, etc.

You need Alpha 21 to use that theme.
