I'll probably end up seeing it on President's Day. I've never been much of a Burton fan, as I've felt a lot of the plots of his movies to be too similar, but this one looks promising.

Correct. They're near the beginning of the song. I don't know why they are there, though; the notes fall into place with either eighth-rests or three sixteenth-rests.

I've passed FMO before without mashing, one handed. Normally I stay around V. Difficult / Challenging and can do reasonably well, though I haven't managed to pull off a FC above V. Difficult.

CamStudio is pretty good, and it lets you put text in there if you do it right. I use it, but it does lag pretty bad when a lot of arrows show up at once.

You need to play it several times in a row. Because ExciteBike is so small, they add up all your scores with it and give you the credits at the end of the month. :D
