Apple silicon uses the ARM64 architecture, so you'd have to look into other translation layers such as FEX to get it to work as I believe wine is a x86_64 thing. (Worth noting that FEX looks complicated to set up on Apple silicon as they don't supply a binary for it, and as FEX is intended for ARM64 linux.)
