   her name is chibiusa(rini in the english dub) and is Usage(serena) and Darrien's future child from the moon kingdom. She first appears in Sailor Moon R when Rini is tempted by Wisemans evil and tricks her into taking revenge thus becoming black(Wicked) Lady. hope this helps!
