Song Corrections Thread

people generally like to know in advance if they're getting themselves into a 4+ minute endeavor or not with 2 or more songs of the same name.

This is actually a similar rationale to arguments relating to song author tags in song titles to reduce confusion. To both of these cases, I'm wondering what the heck the song parameters are doing then. Do people not read them? Or would it be better to have song details shown with a simple arrow hover over a song as opposed to clicking on it?
