Nope, the tournament starts in a few hours. He probably was either posting for another tournament (and did it in the wrong thread) or just put out something for his division to compare to

Even though these are the starting division placements, if there's some sort of fraud going on in terms of placement (purposely doing bad to get placed lower, etc) I can change it.

So far I haven't run into that problem.
