Default .swf Files

I'm not entirely sure where this thread would go. Either way:

I've been looking around a little bit and can't find any threads on this topic. How do you convert step/song files into the .swf format that is played in FFR, and offline engines? What do you need to make this conversion, and what do you need in the file? I've been wanting to mess with some things, but haven't been able to figure anything out. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think engine discussion is really allowed, and I know it's highly frowned upon.

Not sure if that would pertain to this either.

Blah. Would someone be willing to PM me or talk over email?

Velocity?

EDIT: I get some of the obvious reasons for not discussing this on FFR, but I still don't get why discussion of HOW to make an swf song/step file is such a problem.

Bump....this is kinda important to me guys, is anyone willing?
Last time... Haven't gotten a cold-shoulder in the forum before...this must be serious. Lol.

This situation is like notffron - guys are just gonna ignore this since they don't want to get into trouble for revealing stuff.

You aren't going to get any good responses about it on these forums.

They're .swf files? That seems weird, I feel like .swf would be the last format for storing steps. I thought they converted .dwi's into AS or something idk.
