Sure, I really have nothing on the go right now and wasn't planning on submitting anything to the next batch (gasp!) but if you have anything in mind, throw it by me.

I have MSN (listed on my profile), but not AIM, which is not unusual for us Canadians :P

EDIT: Lol thanks for the praise guys.

Wait wait wait okay so I have until Friday to send my fixed file?

Got it.

Should I take out the 48th walls?

Oh yeah I'm gonna send in another file hehe. 250 BPM 16th JS.

P.S. Actually it may just be stream.

Sorry, it's just that I sent it in time for the last batch and you said you never got it.

I just wanted to make sure this time it worked.

Since your file is queued, you can just fix it and send the updated dwi to Tass.

If you want you can send it to either jx or I to make sure the changes you made are okay.

Also, please no more super-hard files. 250 BPM stream isn't super hard.

Also, the 48th wall, meh. Not feature hardest feature of the file so why not leave it.

behan: why not branch out beyond japanese video game and jazz music? try stepping some dance or some rock (not japanese influenced ones)...

in general, i feel like the past 6+ months of files have been 85% japanese. i get that that is the music the main simfile guys like and listen to... but it'd be cool to have some variety.

There are fast rhythms in the BD that you can mesh into the stream without putting in jumps.

Just play Dazzling Destiny and you'll see what I mean.

Like, during 16th stream to the harpsichord step BD 32nds or 24ths or whatever there are in that song (without creating polyrhythms). It's just a more seamless way of doing it.

I was never sure, do we have that permission for Zez Confrey? If so, I'd gladly step some of that.

Any other variety ideas?

that's the two fgos out of the way are you excited

btw blue betrayal has 4119 taps over 6 and a half minutes, so average NPS is 10.5, most of it is in the form of handgallops naturally

edit: wisp etc I'll be looking at when I feel more creative, right now I'm in a more 'churn out files' mood

Won't make hard files but how about Ronald Jenkees.

And there's that funk band Tass got permission for, if you feel like syncing stuff.

Still lots of steppable Rise Against left (for fun rock sims). And tons of stuff Ricky got permission for.

As for not Japanese there's always CRD and Wisp and ReTrigger and Bexarametric err and most of the other things I got permission for.

Oh, and still lots of She left. /not japanese

Like... What ever happened to RBF and Mustard Plug? D:

technically acceptable but felt song is way too repetitive

Refraction - repetitive and long
You guys suck hehe. Oh well, won't hurt to have an updated SM chart.

Don't even tell me about Hot Soup: I'm resyncing it because after playing it pre-review I'm shocked that I actually considered that on-sync. Glad you guys appreciate the stepping technique tho. <3
