Default Sim Squad. Taking members in.

I am starting a group called the Sim Squad or SS for those who are interested. I am forming this group to help those stepfile artists who might need help figuring out the right steps to songs they wish to step. I will need between 10 to 15 members. Anyone who wants in, must show me their works of art because I don't want someone to tell me that one of my members sucks at being an artist. So only good artists can join. You can give me up to 3 different works and they will be scored on the following:

*Knowledge of stepmania and it's features. (May give you a test.)
*Accuracy of stepping. (Counts as 70% of score.)
*Correct BPM.

Rules to show work.

*Steps must be your own. (I will check all work for previous creator.)
*DDR songs are accepted, but I will not accept their default steps.
*Scoring ratio: Best works 25% Average works 25% Worst work 50%.
So it is imperative that you are able to step these files accordingly.

If you complete these tasks well enough, then you are in, and I will PM you the information you need to do.
To send in any works, email me as an attatchment of the song to laughsitup2005@yahoo.com .

If you need any other information, then just PM me.

Sim authors shouldn't need help. That's why they are sim authors. It also kills the authors authenticity of the file. There's many factors that can be named.

I don't this will work.

I think I worded this wrong. This is for those people who really can not step songs good. I am here to modify their steps they create to make it look professional. See where I am going?

If this was /tgb/, I'd suggest you commit suicide, or make a magic card out of your avatar that made you out to be some sort of a joke.

Since it isn't, however, I'll keep this relevant to the topic, and moderately polite.

This is the wrong forum for this topic. It belongs in the simfiles section. I mean, you mention the word simfiles multiple times in the topic, is it that hard of a connection to make?

It is also something that is stupid that nobody would be interested in, and even if they were, you would not be qualified to start such a group.

I second the suggestion of suicide. The way I see it, anyone who can't use the tiny amount of logic required to figure out which forum to post this thread in, does not deserve even my terrible simfiles, and especially not any acceptable ones.

Making a simfile is kind of a one person activity. Too many cooks and all that.

Step one: someone makes bad steps.

Step two: you edit those steps to make them look "professional"

Step three: they release it under their name, but with your steps.

And that is original how?

That's just you changing their steps, it doesn't help them get better, it does nothing.

Making simfiles helps people get better, if any help is needed, it is just to fix the bpm / the gap / step patterns or step placements. Not for you to do it for them.

Stupid idea.
