Okay, you dumped this guy because he was no good and only wanted sex.

SUDDENLY he's saying that he loves you and wants you back.

Do you honestly not see something wrong with this? The guy's a total manipulator, and the very fact that you're considering going back to him shows that he's already got a hold of you.

Drop him like the bad habit he is.

IIRC, the stat law in Texas is 17.

Emman, you've only fortified my suggestion by giving me his age. He can be incredibly manipulative of younger girls, and he knows it. That's all he's doing.

It's %100 legal, She's from England. You're allowed to have sex/date/get married with parental consent when you're 16 over there
