none. never redo the games, that way they arent illegal to have in emulators. i saw a thing about a court case a while back where they ruled that old games that arent freely available lose their copyright powers and can be freely distributed and copied by way of emulators and such. of course, this was a news thing posted on an emulator site, so i dunno if it was valid, but it sounds real enough.
otherwise, i would say TMNT2, the Zeldas, Contra, and Castlevania. i might have said SMB, but they already released SMB 1 and the Japanese SMB 2 on a catridge for GB color.

What about Bubble Bobble, or Punch Out? That would win

I'd never pay $20 for a piece of crap game like Super Mario Bros.
If it were.. around $10 then yes.. Another case of games being overpriced. On the survey I picked things that would actually take time to beat. A Boy and His Blob Statropics Legend of Zelda Legend of Zelda II The Adventures of Lolo I don't remember anything else. Also, NES games that were already re-done, have added material, and put on a gameboy shouldn't be released as a NES classic. For example... Super Mario Bros. and Donkey Kong |

It think it's going to be a collection of games, not just one. Presumably 15, making worth $20, depending on which games make it.

I'd have to say Metroid. The first. The original. The BEST.
Well actually I'll also have to agree with chardish: Balloon Fight. Have you guys ever even played that game? It's awesome. The worst Nintendo game ever made was Excite Bike. |

the original metroid, zelda, ultima (exodus and quest of the avatar), final fantasy(all three should come here), mega man, dragon warrior, R/C pro-am 1&2, mother(the game before earthbound, i think it's for NES) and startropics.
all these games (or series) are truly great in one way or another and need to be shown to an audience that never got to play them. but they should be sold for around $10-$15 not 20. this is also a great oppertunity to translate some japanese games into english for release here.

These things are all pretty stupid. Instead of charging $20 for one game, they need to place a bunch together on one cartridge. I mean, who the hell is going to pay $20 for just the original Donkey Kong?
