Hey, when is the tiebreaker for Sing, Sing, Sing going to happen? I've been waiting for almost a week to know whether it's going to be accepted or not. Also, is Necros going to be the judge? Rebirth mentioned it on BlueXoon and I'm not sure as to whether that is confirmed or not.

P.S Stepping some Liquid Tension Experiment for this. 8) Dunno if it'll be done before the pack submission deadline closes, but at the rate it's going I should finish in time.

I mean imo there should be at least one file like this in there.

Thank you for asking. The song is Another Dimension. So far I'm 55 seconds in, and despite all the bpm changes it's going quicker than I expected. Of course, I haven't hit the color note solos yet, so we'll see then.

I love that song!!! I hope you've got a good cut though. It should have some interesting colords towards the middle.

I cut it down to 4:46, about 4:30 which is stepped. The song is cut normally at the end and beginning, however I did remove some of the repetitive middle drum part, which in this instance would be the ending.

Necros rejected your file while Tsuka just didn't even bother playing it due to song choice.

okay this file surely starts out good but as the song goes on there is little to no variation in pattern choices, and errors start to show up. sucky layering choices characterize the second half of the file, therefore i'm sorry but this is rejected for me. it needs a very very accurate polishing and probably some climax too.

Terrible sync. File is generic and lacks replay value. Didn't like how you layered for the most part. Rejected.

(Cedolad) Scream, Aim, Fire
Your one handed trill patterns are terrible. Especially when you transition between them with those mini jacks. File is generic and drags on which made me quit out. Rejected.

(Cyrenics) Road to You
Didn't like your jack usage. Seems more of a Vibrajack 3 file than a Xoon 5 file. Jumpstreams seem a bit overlayered. File drags on and is pretty generic and lacks replay value. Rejected.

If I make it ArTiStIc by making the melody color associated, would it be less generic? 8)

making things color associated wont always make it not generic and it could just make it annoying to play

It's generic because the layering never really changes with the 16ths. There's really not much you can do with the song itself other than make it a scoring file IMO. Even if you do colour associate it, I'm not sure whether or not it'd make it better =/

but yeah, wait for moches and rebirth to pitch in their opinion before making any fixes
