Game freezes up?
Well, this is kinda hard to explain, but...
No matter how hard I try, I can't FC or come close to combo'ing any songs, even ridiculously easy ones. Like 1-3 times per song, it looks like I didn't miss a note but it says that I missed it, and then the next ten or so don't register at all and count as misses. As opposed to when I just totally miss, then I only miss the one arrow. Is this just lag or something? sorry if this sounds confusing. ~ |

Re: Game freezes up?
I know what you're talking about- it happens to me sometimes when trying to restart to get a non-laggy round (I have a naturally really laggy comp). I'm pretty sure the problem is just bad flash lag.
If restarting the round multiple times doesn't fix it, try exiting applications, and if that doesn't work, try reinstalling flash or using a different web browser. It might also be your firewall- when I disable mine FFR sometimes goes faster. |

I am not sure. I experienced no problems but this problem needs to be here: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...splay.php?f=15

Generally this is not the case... To improve game play you can: - Try a different browser (This will probably fix it) - Reduce windows colour to 16bit - make sure you play in lowquality - Upgrade your flash player If all else fails, try playing the game in "Safe Mode with Networking". If the game plays smoothly, then there is a program running normally that causes the spikes.

Re: Game freezes up?
Oddly enough, after I posted this I came back maybe an hour later, and everything worked perfectly, didn't lag at all.
I didn't do anything different, so no idea how to fix it for the rest of you guys. :\ |

Re: Game freezes up?
And just so you know, the game uses your computer's processor. This means that a computer that has lots of automatic programs started has to update them every so often. If your computer can't handle it all at once, there will be a small slow-down in FFR for a second.
Usually this isn't a huge problem, or even noticeable for OTHER programs, but since FFR is a Real-Time game that is ALL about timing, hiccups are an easily noticeable problem. |

Re: Game freezes up?
Alright, thanks. I can't remember if I had anything running or not besides the background programs when it was lagging a lot. Although I guess a lot of people are having this problem now.
