Yes you can.
www.stepmania.com You should download the most stable version, 3.9. You should also look around for some tutorials on how to import songs. I would tell you, but I'm not really good at describing things. =/ |

Download Stepmania first. Go to the Stepmania Editor to start stepping. This could be of benefit to you.
