bioluminescent turtle advertisements
My science teacher told me that companies and scientists are mixing the bioluminescent DNA of a jelly fish with turtles, and then advertising using the turtles. What are your thoughts on this? I think its cruel, and it should be put to an end.

Re: bioluminescent turtle advertisements
Are they causing any major harm to the turtles?
If not, it's just fine, although it sounds rather useless. |

Re: bioluminescent turtle advertisements
Do turtles have feelings? No. That's what I thought.
Humans care too much for those friggen animals. Just eat them(animals, not turtles) and be happy. Yum KFC. |

It's only okay if the turtles are ugly. If they're cute, I hope those scientists go to ****ing hell. Those cruel bastards.

Re: bioluminescent turtle advertisements
It's not anything new; haven't you heard of the glow in the dark bunny? It was also treated with bioluminescent DNA from jellyfish.

I read this and was instantly reminded of The Big Bang Theory (the sitcom).
In one episode, one of the guys got fired and took to several new projects, one of which was making goldfish bioluminescent and making living night lights. |
