hmm probably renting a room at my buddy's for a cool 500 every month, i have multiple sources of income (which are all legal mind you hahaha) but im prob moving to another city within the next 2 years.

Some advice: Don't trust movers with anything valuable. I've seen items get nicked or broken. I've seen even more get stolen.

yep yep i don't have a ton of stuff ill just move big things thru movers... taking my pc and my books and all that jazz in my car

get in the habit of doing stuff around the place constantly. letting your apt go to shit takes little to no time and unless you get in a routine it'll keep coming back haha. go light on the furniture, just get what's really necessary (esp. since you plan on leaving in 2 years)


also feeding yourself at home is cheaper, though from the sounds of it capital isn't an issue.

if you have roommates, be sure to let them know your expectations for upkeep of the place. also be sure they contribute monetarily and have decent work ethics.
