- Walking to and from classes two or three times a day amounts to about 30~40 minutes of walking.
- TaeKwonDo 4~6 hours a week
- Running 3 Hours a week
- Melbourne Shuffle practice 20 minutes a day
- Used to mountain bike, no time now because of university.

Yeah that's it.

Gym class (although not this year because school's mean D: ), DDR/ITG very sometimes, shuffle occasionally throughout the week (not sure what kind it is, pretty sure there are multiple types xD But I just know it's some type of shuffle), walking from class to class? Not really much exercise and I walk ridiculously slow, but y'know. I honestly don't really do much strenuous exercise at all XD

I play back yard football with my buddies usually every Sunday. I have a tendency to go out for a walk/jog when I'm stressed or upset about something. Paintball is fun to every now and again.

Soccer (Monday-Friday 4:00-6:00 PM) and Indoor Soccer (Saturdays) mainly at night. Thankfully my university offers a workout class in the morning right before my classes start quite the hassel, but it is fun. Also walking around campus, school's dance squad, and biking Austin's hill country does the work.

I never have any urge to do anything, I'm pretty much lazy as ****, I'll play hours of rock band drums and real drums, but nothing much else. I've gained over 40 pounds since 9th grade (now graduated) and lost basically all my muscles and I'm too lazy to start working out again.

Any tips on how to motivate me to get in shape?

Also, I used to walk basically a KM between 9th and 11th grade, before I got my G2 license in January 2010 so I sold my BMX, which I used to use all the time and never walk anywhere. ever. the corner store is 2 seconds from my house but ill still take the car to get milk./

[Was] choreographing and popping freestyles. Popped my left knee and probably tore my ACL when a wrong turn was made.. Now I'm a sitting slump.

Might get surgery, but will see.

I play a lot of tennis, I started when I was about ten and have been playing ever since. I usually play a match or two with my friends on the weekends, and I go out practicing after school sometimes.

I'm no good at it though. T_T

i walk about a mile to get to work and then back every day

other than that im just a lazy fat **** that should prob. get back into ddr/itg again because I was pretty good at that i think.
