First Simfile
Well, I've been playing stepmania for about 8 months now, about 4 of which I played one handed style, instead of spread/keyboard style. Now that I'm half decent at spread, I decided to make a stepfile. I've slaved most of today on this thing, mostly because I messed up a lot of the timing at the start, and even with the gap in the dwi i messed up - which is why all the arrows are 16th's lol
otherwise, I think I did a really good job, I know I enjoy playing the file, I would just like some constructive criticism for future files. I already have some ideas, but yours would be appreciated. You can find the file at: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...p?songid=15622 They are Oni steps for Blow by DJ Keoki (I haven't seen any DJ Keoki on FFR yet >:O) Anyway, because of how awesome (I think personally) my first stepfile came out, I'll continue making more, so you'll see more of my files out soon.

Re: First Simfile
You should probably fix the yellow-arrow syndrome ... though it doesn't actually make a physical difference (nice steps for a first-timer btw) it doesn't give a good first impression :\
(or at least, don't do it again ) (or you can say you did it on purpose to screw over everyone using noteskins)

Re: First Simfile
If there's yellow-arrow syndrome and it's perfectly synced, just change the gap by 1/16th and cut/paste all the steps to match. Just a quick fix if it bothers you.

Re: First Simfile
Well, it's perfectly synced, I don't really mind the yellow arrows though, thanks for the tip though, I'll keep that in mind for future files. Currently working on Bad Boy - Cascada, and I don't have the same yellow arrow syndrome, so I'm guessing it was just a random mistake.
