It was just an idea based on the statement that you didn't want people who didn't work to get in the top 30 to have honorable mentions. I thought using it for people who were on the list but fell off would be a way of sort of honoring them for their past achievements, almost like a hall of fame. The top 30 are the current best; the other list (whatever it might be called) are some of the past best or best of all time. *shrug* If you don't think it's worth doing, you don't have to do it. It was just a thought.
