I check the pack email everyday so you don't have to worry or remind me about a file fix or update. Got it covered.

Re: FFR Community Pack Summer 2011 (Submissions Open)
Bridgezone (plopadop)
Very repetitive, but it's okay as a short file. Thought layering in the percussion with jumps would've added some variation and interest rather than strictly sticking with the melody. Yes Otome Ryouran Battle PARTY (BeatofIke) I'm a little biased review this 'cause it's a restep of nick's file, which I already really liked. This is a much more minimalistic approach, which isn't bad at all, but I feel that it doesn't quite capture the song as well as nick's file did. Regardless of which, it's different enough from his so it's passable. Yes Swear Words (Xayphon) Unique song choice and file was a wc-esque feel to it. Only commentary is that in the second half of the file you could've really used some hands for emphasis on the prominent percussive hits 'cause jumps don't quite do justice to represent it IMO. A little lackluster but you can't really do much with the song. Yes FLOWER (Akemi Commander) I really don't like the huge empty gap you left between measures 68~72. You could at the very least fill the gap up with mine placements to layer what you ignored because I thought the file ended right after the [2] note you placed. 32nd holds you layered on those crash hand placements were a little too over emphasized I found. Layering overall was solid and I'm digging those xmod gimmicks. Encourage filling up that empty gap with mines but otherwise this is passable. Yes Mark's Revenge (Rog) Digging the layering in this. 32nds aren't all too hard to hit and combo either. Straightforward and enjoyable. lol leonid edit. Yes Caipirinha (IOSYS Remix) (BeatofIke) The only thing I found strange is that the hold you used to layer the vocals like "oh ho" and "yeah ah" are on the exact same [2] and [3] notes when they are clearly different in pitch. Layering is minimalistic though I'd definitely dig a much more thoroughly layered chart. It's repetitive from the copy paste job and pretty lackluster as a result. If the file was slightly shorter and if the patterns were more varied up, this would be better. I'll have to think about this one. Maybe Celestial Tears (Diokatsu) Some sections are inconsistent as it's missing bass jumps and the 16th solo part near the end feels weird (pitch relevancy seems off?). Otherwise, this file's fun and enjoyable. Yes 43 files in queue. Probably going to cut submissions around 50 or so.

Re: FFR Community Pack Summer 2011 (Submissions Open)
Two things:
1: Is this for SM or FFR? 2: Would it be wrong of me to send my file to both the easy batch and this?

Re: FFR Community Pack Summer 2011 (Submissions Open)
1. Stepmania only.
2. I would advise against submitting those here because simfiles for FFR should remain unreleased. And there's also the fact that FFR simfiles =/= Stepmania simfiles.

Re: FFR Community Pack Summer 2011 (Submissions Open)
Ah ok, I won't send it in then. I don't play SM. Low chance of it getting accepted anyway :3

Re: FFR Community Pack Summer 2011 (Submissions Open)
well if you want me to remove otome ryouran, I'll just replace it with caipirinha then, though the former is the better file of the two
and not everybody here has nick's mix and or have played nick's otome ryouran

Re: FFR Community Pack Summer 2011 (Submissions Open)
That is true, but I'm just saying. As for Caipirinha, I'll just fix it and resubmit it. Don't replace it just yet.

Re: FFR Community Pack Summer 2011 (Submissions Open)
I wont finish a bunch of difficulties for a 4 min song for a while, so I am planning on cutting it so I can get it done. This is my second simfile that is not a raigquit, so please bear with me if it isn't up to the standard.
