Blue Bird. I will be getting 1.6 million a minute with my song. That's without AAA'ing.

Re: Gamewhore Competition Thread
im really not sure whether i should bother with this. part of me wants to but i'd have to get a million points a minute for 20 hours to stand any chance of winning. i badly want that subscription but it'd just be easier winning an offical tournament.

Re: Gamewhore Competition Thread
rubix was thinking about it... but pretty sure he won't be doing it. and man, i can't wait for the comments to start coming in by noon. i mean... just staying awake for 24 hours is rough. but playing FFR for 24 straight is even harder. then, playing VERY VERY hard songs for 24 hours? it just isn't doable.
and sprite: chances are, if izzy does that, i'll wind up flagging it as cheating because games will be recording too quickly. beyond that, it seems really really fricking hard to do consistently on... so, 2 computers to switch back and forth between for attempted faster loading is OK. wiring 2 computers to play 2 games of FFR at the same time is NOT ok.

Re: Gamewhore Competition Thread
I'm going to use this as a personal goal, to see if I can even last 2 hours of playing FFR. Even if I had stamina, I just can't focus on something that repetative for that long.

Combo = 1000 points. Assuming you AAA: 550x + 1000x = 1600000 1550x = 1600000 x = 1032 So what, you're saying that there is a song with over 1,000 arrows in less than 1 minute? GTFO. xP Not only that, but you say it's an EASY song, too. Go look at how easy Reality is, and it's not even 1000. So yeah... >_> Just... uhm... I may be wrong about all of this but... uh... no. |

I guess now it seems like a bad idea to be owning a wireless keyboard.

Re: Gamewhore Competition Thread
I know. But he did say 1.6mill in 1 minute. So the song would have to have 1000 arrows in 1 minute. Unless I'm being stupid. In which case please bitch-slap me.

I'll be going for 400 million on a diffrent account. I doubt that will get me on the top 10 board with all the people participating in this. xD

Re: Gamewhore Competition Thread
Oh sorry, I was referring to your comparison to Reality. Hmm, that song would require over 16 TPS wouldn't it?

All I know is that the best song to rack of points so far is Death Piano. And 1 minute of Death Piano, even if you score all perfects, will not get you such a high score.

Re: Gamewhore Competition Thread
Rofl 24 hours? Jesus christ. The only way that i might be able to win is if I go to element gaming and go paid for the 12 hour all night gaming thing. Then after that, go home and just don't sleep til 1 am which is going to be almost impossible for me...

Re: Gamewhore Competition Thread
I'm not gonna lie, I half-ass attempted this last night/today. I was on track for ~700k. Sleep eventually won over after about 6 hours of playing. You guys who are still up and considering competing, you had better have a good card up your sleeve because you're not ready. As for my song/songs, I was too tired at the point where all of the songs that I had picked out ended up hurting more than they were helping.
Good luck to everyone attempting this. I can't wait to see how this turns out. I would be competing, but I have plans that are slightly more important that 24 hours of gaming. |
