Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
Twelve isn't steady goddamnit. XD
I've fine-tuned by .005 BPM every time and the ending gets off. I hate having to work with two BPMs in a chart when it sounds like it shouldn't. Also, anyone who wants to step Midnight Shooter, you guys can have it. I don't feel like fixing it up. =/ And I'm making tiny little fixes to Cutthroat. The main file of focus at the moment is Twelve, though. |

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
Gah, it's just not my time. I can't fix the BPM on Twelve at the moment, and a chart that I once was happy to see, looks disgusting to me (Cutthroat). =/
I really don't know if I want to touch Midnight Shooter because I cannot get the concept of layering. *sigh* I'll take a break for a moment. =( |

I submitted in 5 batches total lol. Started on the FMO/FGO event, then took a really long break lol. (My files of that batch sucked ass lmfao) And the most times I have resubmitted a simfile is 2 times: Down but not out, World end's yama xanadu (Don't anyone dare step it >:[ I'm planning on fixing it lol) and Rock Rock Rock (which will be 3 times when bmah and I start working on it lol). please no rofl. Don't know the other song though.

Blu I meant the song and file.
Halo, send me Twelve I may be able to fix that sync. I synced the full eight minute version of Scorpion Fire, I know what I'm doing. Oh hey Tass where's my Stepfile Artist title?

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
lol blu I send files think they're good then wait for the notes find a **** ton of mistakes and errors it gets rejected and that's basically rinse and repeat for every file I send in :/
But now I actually work on my files a bit longer and have a better feeling about them but I still don't really incorporate PR cause PR sucks dick Btw: The piano file me and Spitfire are working on for the batch after this one will be awesome... just wait. edit2: lmao every single file i ever submitted has pr issues, guess someone needs to teach me pr :/ Last edited by Coolboyrulez0; 01-9-2009 at 05:15 PM.. |

What's so bad about PWRPFF RAVES
;( Besides I finished it already. Just waiting to send it in without jeopardizing the first two I sent in. |

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
I hate to sound impudent here, but I'm honestly perplexed at how the PR could get any better in Voyage. Somebody mind giving me an example? The PR was written with the file slowed down to 0.5 speed... if anyone would like to check it out, let me know and I'll send it to them. I'm just simply amazed that the PR got the bad review of all things, because it's literally my specialty. I wrote the entire file in PR, from the beginning streams to the 12th notes to the 8th jumps sections. It's all PR. If you'd like a description of how I did the PR, I'll gladly write one.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
anything that needs to be changed about j'ai? IIRC it's perfectly correct as far as stepping everything but the patterns for the hard part are really abrasive (unlike the ones for zagh's which flow smoothly overall)

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
hey, I wanted to step a song from an artist named "hypercore", and the guy released the album here in FFR (I assume he gave our permission to use it for FFR). so for the artist name in the .dwi do I put his username or the artist name "hypercore"? (so that he gets the FFR R1 Music Producer title)

I'm surprised that ievan polkka were actually accepted since it's an utter joke file, and thought kyrie would be rejected for hands.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
barista: if you sent your files in after december 5th, they'll be in this batch... which is why they weren't in the previous batch. as such, don't resend them, because i still have them unread in my inbox. assuming you send to the right email.
patashu: i felt j'ai was overstepped and a dump... but apparently blu and jx both felt it was super awesome. zybathia: no idea, don't think your file made it to me sc: the 16th jump glut spam bursts (can i copyright that?) were sections throughout with 16th jumps together, some had 32nds or something in with them, i believe. there were at least 5 or 6 groupings of that type of section throughout the file. next batch will close up... during the day next thursday. that'll give all of you guys plenty of time.
